SANDWICH LOAVES

Whole wheat + honey

Our whole wheat and honey sandwich loaf is made with 75% whole wheat flour and touch of honey and molasses.
Ingredients: whole wheat flour, unbleached wheat flour, water, (trans fat free) veg shortening, sugar, salt, honey, molasses, yeast.

SEED

Our popular seed loaf is made with a beautiful blend of flax, sunflower, sesame, poppy seed, cornmeal. 
Ingredients:  Unbleached flour, water, seeds (flax, sunflower, sesame, poppy seed, cornmeal), whole wheat flour, (trans fat free), sugar, salt, milk powder, honey. molasses, yeast.

WHITE

Our white sandwich loaf is the ultimate white bread.
Ingredients: unbleached wheat flour. water, (trans fat free) veg shortening, sugar, salt, milk powder, yeast.


GRAIN

This sandwich loaf is made with a portion of whole wheat flour and a mix of the purest whole grains.
Ingredients: unbleached wheat flour, water, whole grains (oats, flax, wheat, rye, cornmeal), whole wheat flour, (trans fat free) veg shortening, sugar, salt, milk powder, honey, molasses, yeast.

Sourdough seed

A natural leavened, hand-shaped loaf with a beautiful mix of seed.
Ingredients: unbleached flour, whole wheat, natural sourdough culture, seeds (sunflower, flax, sesame).

 

12 grain whole wheat sourdough

Our bakers often get creative with our 12-grain loaves - mixing a dozen grains for each day's batch.
Ingredients: whole wheat flour, unbleached flour, natural sourdough culture, grain mixture (flax, oats, rye, barely, wheat, millet, etc.)

We're passionate about the art of leavening. everyday, our shelves are stacked with cooling sourdoughs, mixed-grain loaves, and baguettes. We use only the best unbleached flour and natural starters. our natural leavened cultures are fed daily - these are the very cultures that gives our sourdoughs their mild sour tangy flavour. every loaf is hand shaped - the traditional way.

We adore the creative process of artisan bread making.

 We use starters each day to mix a variety of dough, adding anything from grains and seeds to fresh herbs, garlic right down to chocolate and fruit. Once the dough is mixed, we give it time to ferment; this gives bread a web-like cell structure or what some know as bread’s “holes”. We offer up to two speciality sourdoughs


SPECIALTY SOURDOUGH

Multigrain chia sourdough

A loaf that has so many nutrients, your body will thank you. It is rich in flavour, and packed with nutritional goodness.
Ingredients: whole wheat flour, honey, oats, millet, flax, chia seeds.

"Everything Bagel" Sourdough

Just like the popular everything bagel, this sourdough loaf is enjoyed best when toasted and slathered in butter or herbed cream cheese. If you haven't had the pleasure of trying this one, you
NEED to!
Ingredients: unbleached and whole wheat flours, sourdough, sesame, sunflower seeds, poppy seeds, roasted onion and garlic.

Country sourdough

A mild country style bread made with natural leaven starter - a hearty favourite, jam packed with texture, grain and seed.
Ingredients: rye and white sourdough cultures, whole wheat flour, unbleached flour, mixed whole seeds and grains (flax, sesame, sun, oats, pumpkin seed).

Pumpkin sourdough

A loaf that's not just for the fall! It's colours are striking, the crumb is exceptionally moist, and the flavour is wonderfully complex.

Ingredients: unbleached flour and whole wheat flour, pureed pumpkin, olive oil, oats, flax, millet, pumpkin seed.


RYE BREADS

Marble Rye

We mix together a combination of the dark rye and caraway rye
for a marbled rye bread - unique, beautiful and delicious.
Ingredients: rye flour, unbleached flour, rye-sourdough
cultures, molasses, caraway seeds, water, salt.

Rye with Cranberries and Pecans

A rich flavour of pecans combined with the full-bodied flavour of
rye and cranberries to make an excellent bread.
Ingredients:  Unbleached flour, rye flour, rye sourdough, water, pecans, cranberries, honey, molasses and salt. 

Natural Rye Sourdough

This loaf has a light, mildly acidic, pronounced flavour. 
Ingredients: rye flour, unbleached flour, rye-sourdough cultures, water, salt.

Caraway Seed Rye

This rye loaf combines a reasonably light texture with an agreeable hearty rye flavour.

FOCACCIA BREADS

Focaccia is traditional flat-style Italian bread that can be prepared sweet or savoury. Our house focaccia recipe is light and fluffy. 

Herbed focaccia

Light and Fluffy and made on sheet pans - our herbed focaccia is best enjoyed with oil and vinegars.
Ingredients: Water, flour (unbleached), olive oil, salt, yeast, herbs (Rosemary, oregano, basil, thyme.) 

NACHO FOCACCIA

Ingredients: Water, flour (unbleached), olive oil, salt, yeast - Topped with jalapenos, salsa, cheddar toppings.

Mediterranean focaccia

Ingredients: Water, flour (unbleached), olive oil, salt, yeast - Topped with olives, spinach, roasted garlic, sundried tomato, feta, roasted red pepper and cracked black pepper.

Three cheese focaccia

Ingredients: Water, flour (unbleached), olive oil, salt, yeast - Topped with cheddar, mozzarealla, asiago.

Triple Chocolate focaccia
